Going to sleep very early tonight. Me and Collin got a lot done at work today. It was awesome. Working with Collin in general is so amazing. Best dude, one of my great friends.

I am most likely getting this tattooed on my arm. The Smiths are one of my favorite bands, and I love this album cover. Under the graphic and it's background that I've yet to decide what it is, I want the line, "Never forget, Never forgive." Which is a No Warning lyric.

Human nature is such a confusing thing. My moods lately have been extreme. Either depressed or happy. Both in extremes. I hope it's just my age. But who knows.

I saw Brand New the other day. This is the live guitarists pedal board. Were brothas in a sense. Best band. MewithoutYou played as well. They were amazing.

After a strenuous work week I can't wait to unwind this weekend, possibly plans with a new friend Friday, and then a show Saturday at Uncle Mike's in Manhattan. Both days should be fun.

My playlist as of late,

The Gay Blades - Ghosts.
Radiohead - OK Computer, Kid A
No Warning - Ill Blood, S/T
The Smiths - Hatful of Hollow
Weezer - Maladroit
mewithoutYou - Brother, Sister
The Rocket Summer - Calender Days

That's basically it. The Rocket Summer rules. Now that I think about it, those records have been on constant rotation for years now. I listen to a lot of the same music over and over again without getting tired of it at all.

Well, what else to say. Life is going by like a blur. 19 already. I was 16 and playing Mongoloids songs what feels like a year ago. A lot had changed for the better, a lot for the worse. All in time, we find our calling. I believe I have found mine.

"This is what I want from my life."
-TGB.

Over and out.

F.

Posted via LiveJournal.app.

This movie was amazing. I don't know why it wasn't huge? Maybe I just wasn't paying attention. I was glued to the screen the whole time. Isla Fisher is beautiful. Ryan Reynolds in this movie proved to me he wasn't some bullshit actor. He's actually really good.

Anyways, enough ranting about chick flicks. I was at the Belmont's for the whole weekend, and what a ton of fun we had. We wrote some music, and engaged in some male debauchery. It was amazing. I had so much fun. Big thanks to Tim, Joe, Steve, Phooph, Buzz, and Louie for being there too.

But back to the movie, because I can't get it off my mind. It struck a chord, if you will. Now im no writer, but let me try to explain this as best as I can. This movie really shows that in the end, the happy ending you were hoping for usually dosen't happen. But in time, you might find that your happy ending just wasn't what you expected it to be. Follow?
Anyways, here's to new friends and happy endings.

Life is strange, but does everything happen for a reason?

Good Night.

-F.

I think it looks cool.

Anyways, for a while I've been trying to figure out what kind of person I am when it comes to relationships. I more or less recently got out of a VERY long relationship with a girl that went to all hell. Although I enjoyed half of it, the other half was misery. So through experence, I really want another long term relationship, but on the other hand, no I don't at all. It's a very confusing matter, and I feel that other people are even more confused than I am, but Im just not sure what to tell anyone anymore. I love my friends. I love being really close to one person, but I do not love getting an unequal amount of love back. I feel like that's what I get in relationships, and in friendships sometimes. Just play it by ear Frankie, just play it by Ear.

I cannot wait to be on tour full time.

I love life, because I've been stripped off all material belongings, and just have my friendships, and my family.

Some music as of late.

City and Colour - Bring Me Your Love
The Gay Blades - Ghosts
Radiohead - In Rainbows/The Bends
I Am The Avalanche - S/T
Notorious BIG - Ready to Die
Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody (You aren't ready.)

Alright.

Later.

So we woke up in the hotel and had the rest of the day to our selves. We all showered and relaxed for a little bit and then decided to head out. We heard about a sweet skatepark down the street from the hotel so we headed over there. It was closed so we decided well walk around town and then come back. We found downtown Chattonooga and walked around. It wasn't to exciting. We got great BBQ at a place called Porker's and just hung out.

Hahaha a statue in downtown Chattonooga.

All of us eating.

After hanging out downtown we went to the skatepark which was closed earlier. It was a cool park, but I didn't feel pike skating so I just played some guitar and took a nap in the van. After Swanny was done skating we found this sweet abandoned factory place.

It was huge! We went on the roof and it was chill.

After a while of just hanging out in the parking lot we decided to head to the show. We got there and moshed to Hatebreed and Fury of Five outside of the van hahaha. Once people started showing up, the new years eve festivites began, so I don't have many pictures. This is the only one I have.

Hahahahaahh. After we were done playing we did fireworks into the new year. It was a weird show but we made the best of it. After a little bit we decided to start head towards Baltimore. It was an eleven hour drive, and it sucked. We were all wayto tired from the show to drive through the night so we pulled over to sleep. It was the coldest night d my life. My feet were so cold that it literally hurt. Like stung. Misery. We finally get into Baltimore and go right to the show which were here now.

Later
-F.T

Posted via LiveJournal.app.

There were alot of cool gift, record, and thrift shops.

Here's one of me Brendan and Mark.

We found a skateshop with an indoor mini ramp inside. It was really sweet. Swanny wanted to hit it up but they were filming a video.

After checking out the awesome town and buying some sweet stuff, we decided to head out. We were driving for about three minutes when we saw a Burger King.

After Burger King we decided to head toward Chattonooga. The drive was two hours, which was nice after 12 hours drives everyday. We all talked about life and it was cool.

When we got to Tennessee we decided to get a hotel. We just so happened to get a hotel right next to waffle house. So amazing.

Overall great day.
More tomorrow.

-F.T

Posted via LiveJournal.app.

Last night me and Mark banged out the trip to Atlanta from Wilmington. We had slot of dance parties and snacks. We stopped at South of the Border with Brad, Joe Waste, and Chris. It was awesome at like four in the morning.

The ride was classic. Huge coffees and mad chips and soda.

I've been having so much fun on this trip. We just got Taco Bell and it was the sketchiest shit ever. We met a dude who was calling Jason from Isolation Ric Flair hahaha. The show is in an awesome warehouse type place in which like four people live as well. Troublemaker and Isolation's sets were fucking awesome. Here's some pictures.

Swanny Fresh.

Here's one in the light.

And here's one from outside.

The area is kinda bad though. There were dudes looking in our van with flashlights and shit. But whatever, shit happens. We have a day off tomorrow and I'm super excited about that I think the plan is BBQ and booze. Sounds good. Hahaha. Chris, Joe, and Brad are still here which is super awesome. Jersey reppin hard. I can't get over how cool this venue is. I wanna play here.

Over and out.
See ya tomorrow.

-F.T

Posted via LiveJournal.app.

My boy right there got pretty jacked up during the Life of Agony cover. We drank some bum wine outside of the venue for a little bit and just chilled. Brad, Joe, and Little Chris drove down from Jersey and were chilling with them now. Some dude knocked Sean's glasses and Sean punched him. He didn't do anything Hahahah. Troublemaker and Isolation's sets were fucking awesome. Everyone is having an awesome time.

This is us hanging at McDonalds. Yesterday was slot of fun. We got in from the hellish drive and were excited to move around. We went to a skate park not to far from the show, and skated around a little bit waiting for our buddies in Isolation. They are a solid band and group of dudes from outside of Boston. So they show up and we go on a quest for fast food. We find a Taco Bell and chowed down hard. We went outside and was just hanging around when two females and a cracked out male came up to all of us, beginning the conversation with, "Hey, y'all in a band or something?" We told her yes and asked her what her name was. I'll quote her. "My name's Kitty, but that's just my hustlin name. My real names Sarah, but you can call me Heidi." I gave her a weird look and got out of there real quick.

So we decide to head over to the gig. The address was 69 Gay St. I'm not lying. Both bands were great and the show had a really cool vibe. All punks just drinking beers and going nuts. Hahaha. Here's some pictures.

Sleepy Markus.

Messy vans.
